We collect and process the majority of this data when you complete our Contact form located on the Contact Us page or when you voluntarily choose to subscribe to hear more from our Company regarding special offers, news and/or events. Other data such as location, length of time spent on individual pages and the website, browser and whether you have come to us via a direct or indirect link is collected via Cookies.
How we use data collected?
Any data collected via our Contact Us form will be used in answering your enquiry and the processing of your potential order. Data collected via our Subscription service voluntarily opted into by you will be used to contact you about special offers, news and/or events. Data obtained via Cookies will be used to help us understand how you use our website and how we can streamline our marketing to provide you with the best products and services.
How we store data collected?
Data collected will be stored digitally upon an encrypted hard drive and depending on the nature of your enquiry stored securely as hard copies in a locked filing cabinet within our premises.
Your personal data collected (Email address and phone number) will never be stored for no longer than is necessary. Due to the nature of our business we have a maximum retention period of 10 years, this ensures that in the future should you have an issue with your order we are still able to contact you regarding this. Once the data retention period has expired we will delete your data by securely removing any data from our encrypted hard drives and shredding any information stored in our secure filing cabinet within our premises.

You also have the right to receive this data no longer than one month after your request.
Right to Access
You have the right at all times to request a copy of your personal data that we hold and the right to know that we are processing your data. Upon making a request you will also be provided with any information regarding your personal data that falls into your right to be informed.
Right to Rectification
Under Article 16 of GDPR you have the right at any time to rectify information that you consider Misleading or incorrect.
Right to Erasure or Right to be Forgotten

You have the right to request your personal data be sent back to you for your own use. For instance how long you spend on a web page would be an example of this. You can request your data be sent from our controller to another of your choice.
